油锅偈
Namo tassa bhagavato arahato sammāsambuddhassa
礼敬彼世尊、阿罗汉、正自觉者

Laṃkissaro jayatu vāraṇarājagāmīBhogindabhoga rucirāyata pīṇa bāhu,Sādhupacāranirato guṇasannivāsoDhamme ṭhito vīgatakodhamadāvalepo;
愿兰卡之主(Laṃkissaro)胜利,其步态如象王;其臂膀丰满修长,光彩夺目如蛇王之身;他乐于善行,是众德之所居;安住于法,远离了忿怒、骄慢与傲慢。

Yo sabbalokamahito karuṇādhivāsoMokkhākaro ravikulambara puṇṇa cando,Ñeyyodadhiṃ suvipulaṃ sakalaṃ vibuddhoLokuttamaṃ namatha taṃ sirasā munindaṃ;
他为一切世间所崇敬,是慈悲的居所;是解脱的造作者,是日族天空中的一轮满月;他遍知了所有广阔无垠的所知之海;你们当头面顶礼那位世间至上者、牟尼之主。

Sopānamālamamalaṃ tidasālayassaSaṃsāra sāgarasamuttaraṇāya setuṃ,Sabbāgatībhaya vivajjita khema maggaṃDhammaṃ namassatha sadā muninā paṇītaṃ;
你们当恒常礼敬由牟尼所阐明的法,它是通往三十三天居所的无垢阶梯,是跨越轮回海洋的桥梁,是远离一切恶趣之畏惧的安稳之道。

Deyyaṃ tadappamapi yattha pasanna cittāDatvā narā phalamuḷārataraṃ labhante,Taṃ sabbadā dasabalenapi suppasatthaṃSaṅghaṃ namassatha sadāmitapuññakhettaṃ;
人们于此以虔敬之心,纵使施予微少之物,亦能获得极为殊胜的果报;你们当恒常礼敬僧伽,他恒常为十力者所善赞,是无量的福田。

Tejo balena mahatā ratanattayassaLokattayaṃ samadhigacchati yena mokkhaṃ,Rakkhā na catthi ca samā ratanattayassaTasmā sadā bhajatha taṃ ratanattayaṃ bho;
凭借三宝的巨大威力,三界得以获得解脱;没有任何护佑能与三宝相等;是故,诸位,你们当恒常皈依那三宝。

Laṃkissaro parahitekarato nirāsoRattimpi jāgararato karuṇādhivāso,Lokaṃ vibodhayati lokahitāya kāmaṃDhammaṃ samācaratha jāgariyānuyuttā;
兰卡之主唯乐利他,无所希求;他彻夜保持醒觉,是慈悲的居所;他为了世间的利益而欲唤醒世人;你们当奉行正法,保持警醒。

Sattopakāra niratā kusale sahāyāBho dullabhā bhuvi narā vihatappamādā,Laṃkādhipaṃ guṇadhanaṃ kusale sahāyaṃĀgamma saṃcaratha dhammamalaṃ pamādaṃ;
诸位,乐于利益众生、于善法中为友、已断除放逸之人,于此世间实为难得。你们当亲近具足功德之财、于善法中为友的兰卡之主,奉行正法,切勿放逸!

Dhammo tiloka saraṇo paramo rasānaṃDhammo mahaggharatano ratanesu loke,Dhammo bhave tibhavadukkha vināsahetuDhammaṃ samācaratha jāgariyānuyuttā;
法是三界的皈依处,是诸味中的无上味;法是世间众宝中的大宝;法是摧毁三有之苦的因由。你们当奉行正法,保持警醒。

Niddaṃ vinodayatha bhāvayathappameyyaṃDukkhaṃ aniccampi ceha anattatañca,Dehe ratiṃ jahatha ja jajjarabhājanābhoDhammaṃ samācaratha jāgariyānuyuttā;
你们当驱除睡眠,修习无量心,并于此身思惟苦、无常与无我;当舍弃对身体的贪著,它犹如一个破旧的器皿。你们当奉行正法,保持警醒。

Okāsa majja mama natthi suve karissaṃDhammaṃ itīhalasatā kusalappayoge,Nā’laṃ tiyaddhasu tathā bhuvanattaye caKāmaṃ na catthi manujo maraṇā pamutto;
“我今天没空,明天再修法”——如此懈怠之人,于善业的修行中,终究无法胜任。无论是在三时之中,还是在三界之内,都没有人能免于死亡。

Khitto yathā nabhasi kenacideva leḍḍuBhūmiṃ samāpatti bhāratayā khaṇena,Jātattameva khalu kāraṇamekamatraLokaṃ sadā nanu dhuvaṃ maraṇāya gantuṃ;
犹如被某人抛向空中的土块,瞬间便因其重量而落回地面;同样,于此世间,出生乃是唯一的因,使众生必然、恒常地走向死亡。

Kāmaṃ narassa patato girimuddhanātoMajjhe na kiñci bhayanissaraṇāya hetu,Kāmaṃ vajanti maraṇaṃ tibhavesu sattāBhoge ratiṃ pajahathāpi ca jīvite ca;
诚然,当人从山顶坠落时,中途没有任何因缘可以让他逃离恐惧;同样,三有中的众生也必然走向死亡。因此,你们当舍弃对享乐与生命的贪著。

Kāmaṃ patanti mahiyā khalu vassadhārāVijjullatā vitatamegha mukhā pamuttā,Evaṃ narā maraṇabhīma papātamajjheKāmaṃ patanti nahi koci bhavesu nicco;
诚然,雨流从布满闪电的辽阔云端释出,必然落向大地;同样,人们也必然坠入死亡的恐怖深渊之中。在诸有之中,无有常住者。

Velātaṭe paṭutaroru taraṃgamālāNāsaṃ vajanti satataṃ salilālayassa,Nāsaṃ tathā samupayanti narāmarānaṃPāṇāni dāruṇatare maraṇodadhimhi;
在海岸边,大海中汹涌的巨浪接连不断地碎灭;同样,人与天人的生命,也在更可怕的死亡之海中走向毁灭。

Ruddhopi so rathavarassagajādhipehiYodhehi cāpi sabalehi ca sāyudhehi,Lokaṃ vivaṃciya sadā maraṇūsabho soKāmaṃ nihanti bhuvanattaya sāli daṇḍaṃ;
即使被最胜的战车、骏马、象王,以及全副武装的勇士和军队所阻挡,那死亡之牛也总是欺瞒世间,随意地摧毁三界中如稻秆般的生命。

Bho mārutena mahatā vihato padīpoKhippaṃ vināsa mukhameti mahappabhopi,Loke tathā maraṇacaṇḍa samīraṇenaKhippaṃ vinassati narāyumahā padīpo;
诸位,一盏灯,即使光芒万丈,一旦被强风吹袭,也会迅速熄灭;同样,在这世间,人类寿命的大灯,也被死亡的烈风迅速摧毁。

Rāmajjunappabhūti bhūpati puṃgavā caSūrā pure raṇamukhe vijitāri saṅghā,Tepīha caṇḍa maraṇogha nimuggadehāNāsaṃ gatā jagati ke maraṇā pamuttā?
往昔如罗摩(Rāma)、阿周那(Ajjuna)等最杰出的国王,以及在战场上战胜敌军的英雄们,他们也在此被死亡的暴流所吞噬,走向了毁灭。世间又有谁能免于死亡呢?

Lakkhī ca sāgarapaṭā sadharādharā caSampattiyo ca vividhā api rūpasobhā,Sabbā ca tā api ca mittasutā ca dārāKe cāpi kaṃ anugatā maraṇaṃ vajantaṃ?
幸运、由海洋环绕并拥有山脉的大地、种种成就与美貌——所有这一切,连同朋友、子女与妻子,当一个人走向死亡时,又有谁能跟随他呢?

Brahmāsurāsuragaṇā ca mahānubhāvāGandhabbakinnaramahoragarakkhasā ca,Te cā pare ca maraṇaggisikhāya sabbeAnte patanti salabhā iva khīṇapuññā;
大威力的梵天、天神众、阿修罗,以及乾闼婆(gandhabba)、紧那罗(kinnara)、大腹行(mahoraga)与罗刹(rakhasa),他们和其他所有众生,在福报耗尽时,最终都像飞蛾一般,投入死亡之火的烈焰中。

Ye sāriputtapamukhā munisāvakā caSuddhā sadāsavanudā paramiddhipattā,Te cāpi maccuvaḷabhā mukha sannimuggāDīpānivānalahatā khayataṃ upetā;
即使是那些以舍利弗为首的牟尼弟子,他们清净无染,恒断诸漏,已证得最上神通,也同样沉入了死亡之口,如同被风吹灭的灯火,走向了灭尽。

Buddhāpi buddhakamalāmalacārunettāBattiṃsalakkhaṇa virājita rūpasobhā,Sabbāsacakkhayakarāpi ca lokanāthāSammadditā maraṇamattamahāgajena;
诸佛,其眼眸美如无垢莲花,其身相因三十二相而庄严辉煌;即使是能断尽一切漏的世间怙主,也被死亡这头狂象所践踏。

Rogāturesu karuṇā na jarāturesuKhiḍḍāparesu sukumārakumārakesu,Lokaṃ sadā hanati maccu mahāgajindoDavānalo vanamivāvarataṃ asesaṃ;
对病苦者、老苦者,以及沉溺于嬉戏的娇嫩孩童,死亡都无有悲悯;死神这头象王恒常摧毁世间,如同林火不断地将森林焚烧殆尽。

Āpuṇṇatā na salile na jalāsayassaKaṭṭhassa cāpi bahutā na hutāsanassa,Bhutvāna so tibhūvanampi tathā asesaṃBho niddayo na khalu pītimupeti maccu;
水满足不了水池,众多的薪柴也满足不了火焰;同样地,诸位,那无情的死神吞噬了整个三界,也绝不感到满足。

Bho moha mohitatayā vivaso adhaññoLoko patatyapipi maccumukhe subhīme,Bhoge ratiṃ samupayāti nihīnapaññoDolā taraṅgacapale supinopameyye;
诸位,世人因被愚痴所迷惑,无助而无福,坠入极可怖的死亡之口;智慧低劣者却对那如秋千与波浪般动摇、可比作梦的欲乐生起爱着。

Ekopi maccurabhihantumalaṃ tilokaṃKiṃ niddayā api jarāmaraṇānuyāyī,Ko vā kareyya vibhasuvesu ca jīvitāsaṃJāto naro supina saṃgama sannibhesu;
仅一个死神就足以摧毁三界,更何况还有无情的老死跟随着。对于如梦中相会般短暂的生命,谁还会生起存活的渴望呢?

Niccāturaṃ jagadidaṃ sabhayaṃ sasokaṃDisvā ca kodhamadamohajarābhibhūtaṃ,Ubbegamattamapi yassa na vijjatī ceSo dāruṇona maraṇaṃ vata taṃ dhiratthu!Bho bho na passatha jarāsidharañhi maccuMāhaññamānamakhilaṃ satataṃ tilokaṃ,Kiṃ niddayā nayatha vītabhayā tiyāmaṃDhammaṃ sadā’savanudaṃ caratha’ppamattā;
此世间恒常病苦、充满怖畏与忧愁,且被嗔、慢、痴、老所征服;若有人见此却连一丝悚惧心都未生起,唉,此人可耻!他才是残酷者,而非死亡。诸位,诸位!难道你们没看到手持老之剑的死神,正恒常地打击着整个三界吗?为何你们无所畏惧、无情地度过日夜?你们当不放逸地,恒常修行能驱除诸漏之法!

Bhāvetha bho maraṇamāravivajjanāyaLoke sadā maraṇa saññamimaṃ yatattā,Evañhi bhāvanaratassa narassa tassaTaṇhā pahīyati sarīragatā asesā;
诸位,为避免死魔,当于世间恒常修习此死随念,摄持自心;如此,于彼乐于修习之人,其身中一切渴爱皆被断除。

Rūpaṃ jarā piyataraṃ malinīkarotiSabbaṃ balaṃ harati attani ghorarogo,Nānūpabhoga parirakkhita mattabhāvaṃBho maccu saṃharati kiṃ phalamattabhāve?
衰老使更可爱的色身变得污秽;可怕的疾病夺走自身的一切力量;诸位,即使是被各种受用所保护的自身,死亡也会将之夺走——自身又有何益处呢?

KammānilāpahatarogataraṃgabhaṃgeSaṃsāra sāgara mukhe vitate vipannā,Mā māpamādamakarittha karotha mokkhaṃDukkhodayo nanu pamādamayaṃ narānaṃ;
于业风所吹袭、疾病之浪所破碎中,坠入广阔的轮回大海之口;切勿放逸,当求取解脱;人类的苦生起,难道不是源于放逸吗?

Bhogā ca mittasutaporisa bandhavā caNārī ca jīvitasamā api khettavatthu,Sabbāni tāni paralokamito vajantaṃNānubbajanti kusalākusalaṃva loke;
财富、朋友、子女、仆从、亲属、妻子,以及如生命般珍贵的田地与地产;所有这些,当人从此世走向他世时,都不能跟随,唯有善与不善业于世间跟随。

Bho vijjucaṃcalatare bhavasāgaramhiKhittā purā katamahāpavanena tena,Kāmaṃ vibhijjati khaṇena sarīranāvāHatthe karotha paramaṃ guṇahatthasāraṃ;
诸位,于比闪电更变幻无常的有海中,被往昔所造之大业风抛掷,身体这艘船必然瞬间破碎;当掌握最上的功德珍宝。

Niccaṃ vibhijjatiha āmaka bhājanaṃvaSaṃrakkhitopi bahudhā iha attabhāvo,Dhammaṃ samācaratha saggapatippatiṭṭhaṃDhammo suciṇṇamihameva phalaṃ dadāti;
此自身,即使于此受到多方保护,亦如未烧制的陶器般,恒常破碎;当行持导向天界的正法;善行之法,于此世即能给予果报。

Rantvā sadā piyatare divi devarajjeNamhā cavanti vibudhā api khīṇapuññā,Sabbaṃ sukhaṃ divi bhuvīha viyoganiṭṭhaṃKo paññavā bhavasukhesu ratiṃ kareyya?
即使是诸天神,于天界最可爱的天国里恒常享乐后,亦会因福报耗尽而从彼处堕落;天上人间的一切安乐,最终都以分离告终;有智慧者谁会对三有之乐生起爱着呢?

Buddho sasāvakagaṇo jagadekanāthoTārāvalīparivutopi ca puṇṇacando,Indopi devamakuṭaṃkita pādakañjoKo pheṇapiṇḍa-na-samo tibhavesu jāto?
佛陀(Buddha)与其声闻弟子众是世间唯一的怙主,如众星围绕的满月;即使是帝释天(Inda),其莲足亦为诸天神的顶冠所触及;三有之中所生者,谁不似一团泡沫呢?

Līlāvataṃsamapi yobbana rūpasobhaṃAttūpamaṃ piyajanena ca sampayogaṃ,Disvāpi vijjucapalaṃ kurute pamādaṃBho mohamohitajano bhavarāgaratto;
青春美貌如游戏的花环,与视如自身的爱人相聚——诸位,被愚痴所迷惑、贪爱三有的人,即使见到这一切都如闪电般短暂,却依然放逸。

Putto pitā bhavati mātu patīha puttoNārī kadāci jananī ca pitā ca putto,Evaṃ sadā viparivattati jīvalokoCitte sadāticapale khalu jātiraṅge;
儿子成为父亲,母亲的丈夫于此世成为儿子;女人有时成为母亲、父亲或儿子;如此,有情世间恒常轮转,确实,于出生此舞台上,心总是极不稳定。

Rantvā pure vividhaphullalatākulehiDevāpi nandanavane surasundarīhi,Te ve’kadā vitatakaṇṭakasaṃkaṭesuBho koṭisimbalivanesu phusanti dukkhaṃ;
往昔诸天神于遍布各种盛开藤蔓的欢喜园(Nandanavana)中,与天女们嬉戏后;诸位,他们有时却于遍布荆棘的险隘处,在剑叶林中感受痛苦。

Bhutvā sudhannamapi kañcanabhājanesuSagge pure suravarā paramiddhipattā,Te cāpi pajjalitalohagulaṃ gilantiKāmaṃ kadāci narakālaya vāsabhūtā;
往昔于天界,已达最上神通的最胜天神,于金盘中享用天食后;他们有时亦必然成为地狱的居民,吞咽燃烧的铁丸。

Bhutvā narissaravarā ca mahiṃ asesaṃDevādhipā ca divi dibbasukhaṃ surammaṃ,Vāsaṃ kadāci khurasañcitabhūtalesuTe vā mahārathagaṇānugatā divīha;
最胜的人王享用整个大地,天主于天上享用极愉悦的天界之乐后,彼等于此世或于天上曾为大车(mahāratha)众所跟随,有时却居住于蹄迹遍布的地面。

Devaṅganā lalitabhinnataraṅgamāleRaṅge mahissarajaṭāmakuṭānuyāte,Rantvā pure suravarā pamadāsahāyāTe cāpi ghorataravetaraṇiṃ patanti;
往昔,最胜的天神们以美女为伴,于天女们优雅变幻如波浪行列、并有大王发髻宝冠辉映的场所享乐之后,他们亦会堕入更可怕的灰河(Vetaraṇī)。

Phullāni pallavalatāphalasaṃkulāniRammāni nandanavanāni manoramāni,DibbaccharālalitapuṇṇadarīmukhāniKelāsamerusikharāni ca yanti nāsaṃ;
繁花、嫩叶、藤蔓与果实遍布,悦意迷人的欢喜园(nandanavana),天女娇媚遍满的洞口,以及凯拉萨(Kelāsa)与须弥(Meru)的山峰,都走向坏灭。

Dolā’nilā’nalataraṃgasamā hi bhogāVijjuppabhāticapalāni ca jīvitāni,Māyāmarīcijalasomasamaṃ sarīraṃKo jīvite ca vibhave ca kareyya rāgaṃ?
财富确实如秋千、风、火与波浪;生命如闪电之光般极不稳定;身体如同幻象、阳焰与水中之月。谁会对生命与财富生起贪爱呢?

Kiṃ dukkhamatthi na bhavesu ca dāruṇesuSattopi tassa vividhassa na bhājano ko,Jāto yathā maraṇarogajarābhibhūtoKo sajjano bhavaratiṃ pihayeyya’bālo?
于可怕的诸有中,有何苦不存在呢?又有何众生不承受那种种苦呢?既然生者为死亡、疾病与衰老所征服,哪个非愚之善人会渴求三有之乐呢?

Ke vāpi pajjalitalohagulaṃ gilantiSakkā kathañcidapi pāṇitalena bhīmaṃ,Dukkhodayaṃ asucinissavanaṃ anantaṃKo kāmayetha khalu dehamimaṃ abālo?
谁会吞下燃烧的铁丸?谁又能以手掌承受那可怕之物?此身是苦的生起处,不净的流出口,无穷无尽。哪个非愚者会贪爱此身呢?

Loke na maccusamamatthi bhayaṃ narānaṃNa vyādhidukkhasamamatthi ca kiṃci dukkhaṃ,Evaṃ virūpakaraṇaṃ na jarāsamānaṃMohena bho ratimupeti tathāpi dehe;
于世间,对人类而言,无有恐惧与死相等;无有任何痛苦与病苦相等;亦无有丑化作用与衰老相等。诸位,然而人们却因愚痴而于此身生起贪爱。

Nissārato nalakalīkadalīsamānaṃAttānameva parihaññati attahetu,Sampositopi kusahāya ivākataññūKāyo na yassa anugacchati kālakerā;
由于无有实质,如同芦苇与芭蕉树,人却为了自身而伤害自己。此身即使被善加滋养,亦如忘恩负义的恶友,于死亡之时,它并不跟随其主。

Taṃ pheṇapiṇḍasadisaṃ visasūlakappaṃToyā’nilā’nalamahīuragādhivāsaṃ,Jiṇṇālayaṃva paridubbalamattabhāvaṃDisvā naro kathamupeti ratiṃ sapañño?
此身如泡沫团,如毒刺,是水、风、火、地与诸蛇的住所,如破旧的房屋,是极其虚弱的自身。有智慧的人见到后,怎会生起喜爱呢?

Āyukkhayaṃ samupayāti khaṇe khaṇepiAnveti maccu hananāya jarāsipāṇī,Kālaṃ tathā na parivattati taṃ atītaṃDukkhaṃ idaṃ nanu bhavesu acintanīyaṃ?
寿命于刹那刹那间耗尽,死神手持衰老之剑追随而来,意图杀戮。逝去的时间不会复返,于诸有中,此苦难道不是不可思议的吗?

Appāyukassa maraṇaṃ sulabhaṃ bhavesuDīghāyukassa ca jarā vyasanaṃ ca’nekaṃ,Evaṃ bhave ubhayatopi ca dukkhamevaDhammaṃ samācaratha dukkhavināsanāya;
于诸有中,短命者易于死亡,长寿者则有衰老与众多不幸。如此,于三有中,两方面都唯有是苦。为摧毁痛苦,你们当修习正法。

Dukkhagginā sumahatā paripīḷitesuLokattayassa vasato bhavavārakesu,Sabbattatā sucaritassa pamādakāloBho bho na hoti paramaṃ kusalaṃ ciṇātha;
诸君!当三界众生为巨大的苦火所折磨,居住于轮回牢狱中时,此绝非于善行放逸之时!你们当积集最上的善业。

Appaṃ sukhaṃ jalalavaṃ viya bho tiṇaggeDukkhantu sāgarajalaṃ viya sabbaloke,Saṃkappanā tadapi hoti sabhāvato hiSabbaṃ tilokamapi kevaladukkhameva;
诸君,快乐微少,如草尖上的一滴水;而痛苦,则如遍布全世界的海洋之水。就连那快乐,其本质亦只是一种构想,整个三界确实唯有是苦。

Kāyo na yassa anugacchati kāyahetuBālo anekavidhamācaratīha dukkhaṃ,Kāyo sadā kali malākalilañhi lokeKāye rato’navarataṃ vyasanaṃ pareti
为了这个不跟随自己的身体,愚人于此世造作种种痛苦。此身于世间确实总是充满罪垢与污秽;贪爱此身者,将不断遭遇不幸。

Mīḷhākaraṃ kalimalākaramāmagandhaṃSūḷāsisallavisapannagarogabhūtaṃ,Dehaṃ vipassatha jarāmaraṇādhivāsaṃTucchaṃ sadā vigatasāramimaṃ vinindyaṃ;
你们当审观此身:它是粪秽之源、罪垢之源、生臭之源;它如同毒刺、利剑、尖箭、剧毒、毒蛇与疾病;它是老死的住所,恒常空虚,毫无实质,应受鄙弃。

Dukkhaṃ aniccamasubhaṃ vata attabhāvaṃMā saṃkilesaya na vijjati jātu nicco,Ambho na vijjati hi appamapīha sāraṃSāraṃ samācaratha dhammamalaṃ pamādaṃ;
此自身确实是苦、无常、不净;不要染污它,它绝非恒常。嗨!于此连微少的实质都找不到。你们当修习那作为实质的正法,够了,切勿放逸!

Māyāmarīcikadalīnalapheṇapuñja-Gaṃgātaraṅgajalabubbulasannibhesu,Khandhesu pañcasu chaḷāyatanesu tesuAttā na vijjati hi ko na vadeyya’bālo?
于如幻、如阳焰、如芭蕉、如芦苇、如泡沫、如恒河之浪与水泡的五蕴六处中,实无有我。智者岂会说其中有我?

Vañjhāsuto sasavisāṇamaye rathe tu,Dhāveyya ce cirataraṃ sadhuraṃ gahetvā,Dīpaccimālamiva taṃ khaṇabhaṅgabhūtaṃAttāti dubbalatarantu vadeyya dehaṃ;
倘若石女之子能手持车轭,驾着兔角所制的车长久奔驰,那么他或许会说这如灯焰般刹那坏灭、极其虚弱的身体是“我”。

Bālo yathā salilabubbulabhājanenaĀkaṇṭhato vata pibeyya marīcitoyaṃ,Attāni sārarahitaṃ kadalīsamānaṃMohā bhaṇeyya khalu dehamimaṃ anattaṃ;
犹如愚人欲以水泡为器,饮阳焰之水以至满足;同样,他会因愚痴而说这如芭蕉树般毫无实质的非我之身为“我”。

Yo’dumbarassa kusumena marīcitoyaṃVāsaṃ yadicchati sa khedamupeti bālo,Attānameva parihaññati attahetuAttā na vijjati kadācidapīha dehe;
若有愚人欲以优昙钵花为住,或饮阳焰之水,他唯得疲惫。为我而伤害自己,然我于此身中绝不存在。

Poso yathā hi kadalī suvinibbhujantoSāraṃ tadappampi nopalabheyya kāmaṃ,Khandhesu paṃcasu chaḷāyatanesu tesuSuññesu kiñcidapi nopalabheyya sāraṃ;
犹如有人剥开芭蕉树,于其中找不到丝毫实质;同样地,于空无的五蕴与六处中,也找不到任何实质。

Suttaṃ vinā na paṭabhāvamihatthi kiṃciDehaṃ vinā na khalu koci mihatthi satto,Deho sabhāvarahito khaṇabhaṃgayutto,Ko attahetu aparo bhuvi vijjatīha?
无有线,则无有布;无有身,则无有众生。此身无有自性,与刹那坏灭相应。于此世间,复有何别异之我因存在?

Disvā marīcisalilañhi sudūrato bhoBālo migo samupadhāvati toyasaññī,Evaṃ sabhāvarahite viparītasiddheDehe pareti parikappanayā hi rāgaṃ;
诸君,愚鹿远见阳焰,作水想而奔赴。同样,人于此无有自性、由颠倒而成之身,亦因构想而生起贪爱。

Dehe sabhāvarahite parikappasiddheAttā na vijjati hi vijjumivantalikkhe,Bhāvetha bhāvanaratā vigatappamādāSabbāsavappahananāya anattasaññaṃ;
于此无自性、由构想而成之身中,实无有我,犹如空中闪电。汝等乐于修习、远离放逸者,当为断尽一切漏而培育无我之想。

LālākarīsarudhirassuvasānulittaṃDehaṃ imaṃ kalimalākalilaṃ asāraṃ,Sattā sadā pariharanti jigucchanīyaṃNānāsucīhi paripuṇṇaghaṭaṃ yatheva;
此身涂满唾液、粪便、血液、泪水与脂肪,充满污垢、不净、无实质。众生恒常厌离此身,犹如避开装满种种不净之罐。

Ṇahātvā jalañhi sakalaṃ catusāgarassaMeruppamāṇamapi gandhamanuttarañca,Pappoti neva manujo hi suciṃ kadāciKiṃ bho vipassatha guṇaṃ kimu attabhāve?
纵以四海之水沐浴,纵涂须弥山量最上之香,人亦绝不能得清净。诸君,于此身中,汝等见何功德?

Deho sa eva vividhāsucisannidhānoDeho sa eva vadhabandhanarogabhūto,Deho sa eva navadhā paribhinnagaṇḍoDehaṃ vinā bhayakaraṃ na susānamatthi;
此身即是种种不净之储藏处,此身即是杀戮、束缚与疾病之根源,此身即是九窍常流之疮口。若无此身,则无恐怖之冢间。

Antogataṃ yadiva muttakarīsabhāgoDehā bahiṃ aticareyya vinikkhamitvā,Mātā pitā vikaruṇā ca vinaṭṭhapemāKāmaṃ bhaveyyu kimu bandhusutā ca dārā?
倘若体内之尿与粪,自此身中漫流而出,父母亦将变得无有悲悯、爱意尽失,更何况亲属、子女与妻子?

Dehaṃ yathā navamukhaṃ kimisaṅghagehaṃMaṃsaṭṭhisedarudhirākalilaṃ vigandhaṃ,Posenti ye vividhapāpamihācaritvāTe mohitā maraṇadhammamaho vatevaṃ!
此身犹如九窍虫舍,充满血、肉、骨、汗,臭秽不堪。彼等于此造作种种恶业以滋养之,实为愚痴所惑,不见死亡之法。呜呼,诚然如是!

Gaṇḍūpame vividharoga nivāsabhūteKāye sadā rudhiramuttakarīsapuṇṇe,Yo ettha nandati naro sasigālabhakkheKāmañhi socati parattha sa bālabuddhi;
于此身中——其犹如痈疮,为众病之住所,恒常充满血、尿与粪,终为犬、豺所食——若有愚人于此欢喜,彼于来世必将忧悲。

Bho pheṇapiṇḍasadiso viya sārahīnoMīḷhālayo viya sadā paṭikūlagandho,Āsīvisālayanibho sabhayo sadukkhoDeho sadā savati loṇaghaṭova bhinno;
诸君,此身无有实质,犹如泡沫;恒具秽气,犹如厕所;充满怖畏与痛苦,犹如毒蛇之穴;恒常渗漏,犹如破裂之盐罐。

Jātaṃ yathā na kamalaṃ bhuvi nindanīyaṃPaṅkesu bho asucitoya samākulesu,Jātaṃ tathā parahitampi ca dehabhūtaṃTaṃ nindanīyamiha jātu na hoti loke;
诸君,犹如莲花,虽生于污泥浊水之中,于世间却无可谴责;同样,为利他而有之身,在此世间亦绝无可谴责。

Dvattiṃsabhāgaparipūrataro visesoKāyo yathā hi naranāri gaṇassa loke,Kāyesu kiṃ phalamihatthi ca paṇḍitānaṃKāmaṃ tadeva nanu hoti paropakāraṃ;
于此世间男女众中,此身虽由三十二分所成,然于智者,此身有何果利?无非是利益他人而已。

Posona paṇḍitatarena tathāpi dehoSabbattanā cirataraṃ paripālanīyo,Dhammaṃ careyya suciraṃ khalu jīvamānoDhamme have maṇivaro iva kāmado bho
是故,智者仍应竭尽全力,长久维护此身。盖因若能长久存活,便可长久修习正法。诸君,正法实如能满诸愿之摩尼宝珠。

Khīre yathā suparibhāvitamosadhamhiSnehena osadhabalaṃ paribhāsateva,Dhammo tathā iha samācarito hi lokeChāyāva yāti paraloka mito vajantaṃ;
犹如良药,于牛乳中善加调制,其药力便因乳脂而增辉;同样,于此世间善行之法,亦如影随形,伴随逝者前往他世。

Kāyassa bho viracitassa yathānukūlaṃChāyā vibhāti rucirāmaladappaṇe tu,Katvā tatheva paramaṃ kusalaṃ paratthaSambhūsitā iva bhavanti phalena tena;
诸君,犹如精心装饰之身,其影像于明净无瑕之镜中辉映相称;同样,行持至上善业者,于来世亦为其果报所庄严。

Dehe tathā vividhadukkha nivāsabhūteMohā pamādavasagā sukhasaññamūḷhā,Tikkhe yathā khuramukhe madhulehamānoBāḷhañca dukkhamanugacchati hīnapañño;
同样,于此众苦所居之身,彼等为愚痴、放逸所支配,为乐想所迷惑,犹如舔舐锋利刀刃之蜜,此劣慧之人必将遭受剧苦。

Saṃkapparāgavigate niratattabhāveDukkhaṃ sadā samadhigacchati appapañño,Mūḷhassa ceva sukhasaññamihatthilokeKiṃpakkameva nanu hoti vicāramāne;
于此无我之身,纵然意念之贪已逝,少慧者依然恒常遭受痛苦。于此世间,愚者之乐想,经审察后,岂不犹如毒果?

Sabbopabhoga dhanadhaññavisesalābhīRūpena bho sa makaraddhajasannibhopi,Yo yobbanepi maraṇaṃ labhate akāmaṃKāmaṃ paratthaparapāṇaharo naro hi;
诸君,纵然获得一切受用、财富、谷物等殊胜利益,容貌亦如爱神(Makaraddhaja),然若此人于青春之时非自愿而亡,实因此人曾于他世夺取他者生命。

So yācako bhavati bhinnakapālahatthoMuṇḍo dhigakkharasatehi ca tajjayanto,Bhikkhaṃ sadāribhavane sakucelavāsoDehe paratthi paracittaharo naro yo;
若人曾于他世盗取他人财物,彼将沦为乞丐,手持破碗,头被剃光,衣衫褴褛,常于仇敌之家乞食,并遭百般辱骂。

Itthī namuñcati sadā puna itthibhāvāNārī sadā bhavati so puriso parattha,Yo ācareyya paradāramalaṅghanīyaṃGhorañca vindati sadā vyasanañca nekaṃ;
若有男子侵犯他人之妻,彼于来世将恒为女人;而女人亦恒难脱离女身。彼将恒常遭受怖畏与多种不幸。

Dīno vigandhavadano ca jaḷo apaññoMūgo sadā bhavati appiyadassano ca,Pappoti dukkhamatulañca manussabhūtoVācaṃ musā bhaṇati yo hi apaññasatto;
若有无慧众生说不实语,则当其生而为人时,将变得悲惨、口臭、愚钝、无智、恒常喑哑、面目可憎,并遭受无量之苦。

Ummattakā vigatalajjaguṇā bhavantiDīnā sadā vyasanasokaparāyaṇā ca,Jātā bhavesu vividhesu virūpadehāPītvā halāhalavisaṃva suraṃ vipaññā;
无慧者饮酒,犹如饮致命毒药。彼等将变得癫狂,丧失惭愧之德,恒常悲惨,沉溺于不幸与忧愁;于种种轮回中,生为畸形之身。

Pāpāni yena iha ācaritāni yāniYo vassakoṭinahutāni anappakāni,Laddhāna ghoramatulaṃ narakesu dukkhaṃPappoti cettha vividhavyasanañca nekaṃ;
若人于此世间造作诸恶业,彼将于地狱中遭受怖畏、无量之苦,历时无数俱胝那由他年,复于此世遭受种种不幸。

Lokattayesu sakalesu samaṃ na kiṃciLokassa santikaraṇaṃ ratanattayena,Taṃtejasā sumahatā jitasabbapāpoSohaṃ sadādhigatasabbasukho bhaveyyaṃ;
于一切三界中,无一物能与三宝等同,其为世间带来寂静。愿我藉由其巨大威力,已降伏一切恶,恒常获得一切安乐。

Lokattayesu sakalesu ca sabbasattāMittā ca majjharipubandhujanā ca sabbe,Te sabbadā vigatarogabhayā visokāSabbaṃ sukhaṃ adhigatā muditā bhavantu;
愿于一切三界中,所有朋友、中立者、敌人及一切亲属等一切有情,恒常远离疾病与恐惧,无有忧愁,获得一切安乐,并充满喜悦。

Kāyo karīsabharito viya bhinnakumbhoKāyo sadā kalimalavyasanādhivāso,Kāye vihaññati ca sabbasukhanti lokoKāyo sadā maraṇarogajarādhivāso;
此身如满粪之破瓮,此身恒为争斗、垢染、灾患之所依。世人于此身中受恼,却思“一切安乐于此”;此身恒为死、病、老之所依。

So yobbanoti thaviroti ca bālakotiSatte na pekkhati vihaññatireva maccu,Sohaṃ ṭhitopi sayitopi ca pakkamantoGacchāmi maccuvadanaṃ niyataṃ tathā hi;
死亡不顾众生是年轻、年老或孩童,而一概摧毁。无论我站立、躺卧或行走,我皆必然趣向死口。

Evaṃ yathā vihitadosamidaṃ sarīraṃNiccaṃva taggatamanā hadaye karotha,Mettaṃ parittamasubhaṃ maraṇassatiñcaBhāvetha bhāvanaratā satataṃ yatattā;
如是,此身充满过患,汝等当恒置心中,意念专注。汝等当恒常自制,乐于修行,培育慈心、护卫、不净与死随念。

Dānādi puññakiriyāni sukhudrayāniKatvā ca tamphalamasesa mihappameyyaṃ,Deyyaṃ sadā parahitāya sukhāya cevaKimbho tadeva nanu hatthagatañhi sāraṃ?
行布施等能引生安乐之福业,其果报于此世无尽无量。当为他人之利益与安乐而恒常布施。诸君!此举岂非手中所握之精华?

Hetuṃ vinā na bhavatī hi ca kiṃci lokeSaddova pāṇitalaghaṭṭanahetujāto,Evañca hetuphala bhāvavibhāgabhinnoLoko udeti ca vinassati tiṭṭhatī ca;
世间实无一物无因自生,犹如声音由两掌相击之因而生。如是,世间由因与果之状态分别而有生、住、灭。

Kammassa kāraṇāmayañhi yathā avijjāBho kammanā samadhigacchati jātibhedaṃ,Jātiṃ paṭicca ca jarāmaraṇādidukkhaṃSattā sadā paṭilabhanti anādikāle;
诸君!正如无明实为业之因,众生因业而得种种生。又缘于生,众生于无始时来,恒得老、死等苦。

Kammaṃ yathā na bhavatīha ca mohanāsāKammakkhayāpi ca na hoti bhavesu jāti,Jātikkhayā iha jarāmaraṇādidukkhaṃSabbakkhayo bhavati dīpevānilena;
如是,因痴灭尽,于此业便不生;因业灭尽,于诸有中则无生。因生灭尽,于此世间老、死等一切苦皆灭尽,犹如灯火为风所灭。

Yo passatīha satataṃ munidhammakāyaṃBuddhaṃ sa passati naro iti so avoca,Buddhañca dhammamamalañca tilokanāthaṃSampassituṃ vicinathā’pi ca dhammataṃ bho;
彼言:“若人于此恒见牟尼之法身,彼即见佛。”诸君!为得彻见三界之主佛陀及无垢之法,当探究法性。

Sallaṃva bho sunisitaṃ hadaye nimuggaṃDosattayaṃ vividhapāpamalena littaṃ,NānāvidhabyasanabhājanamappasannaṃPaññāmayena balisena nirākarotha;
诸君!三毒如同深陷于心之利箭,为种种恶垢所涂,为种种灾患之器,且不清净。汝等当以智慧之钩拔除之。

Nākampayanti sakalāpi ca lokadhammāCittaṃ sadāpagatapāpakilesasallaṃ,Rūpādayo ca vividhā visayā samaggāPhuṭṭhaṃva merusikharaṃ mahatānilena;
一切世间法,及色等种种境界,皆不能动摇恒离恶烦恼箭之心,犹如大风不能动摇其所吹拂之须弥山顶。

Saṃsāradukkhamagaṇeyya yathā munindoGambhirapāramita sāgaramuttaritvā,Ñeyyaṃ abodhi nipuṇaṃ hatamohajāloTasmā sadā parahitaṃ paramaṃ ciṇātha;
犹如牟尼之主,度过甚深波罗蜜海,破除愚痴之网,证悟了无量轮回之苦及微细应知之法。是故,汝等当恒行至上之利他事。

Ohāya so’dhigatamokkhasukhaṃ paresaṃAtthāya saṃcari bhavesu mahabbhayesu,Evaṃ sadā parahitaṃ purato karitvāDhammo mayānucarito jagadatthameva;
彼舍已证之解脱乐,为他人利,于大怖畏诸有中游行。如是,我恒将利他置于首位,我所行之法,唯为世间利。

Laddhāna dullabhatarañca manussayoniṃSabbaṃ papañcarahitaṃ khaṇasampadañca,Ñatvāna āsavanudekahitañca dhammaṃKo paññavā anavaraṃ na bhajeyya dhammaṃ?
既得甚难得之人身,及离一切戏论之暇满,又知能除诸漏之善法,何有智者不恒常修习此法?

Laddhāna buddhasamayaṃ atidullabhaṃcaSaddhamma maggamasamaṃ sivadaṃ tatheva,Kalyāṇamittapavare matisampadañcaKo buddhimā anavaraṃ na bhajeyya dhammaṃ?
既得至为难得之佛世,及无与伦比、赐予安稳之正法道,复得殊胜善友与智慧成就,何有智者不恒常修习此法?

Evampi dullabhataraṃ vibhave suladdhāMaccheradosa viratā ubhayatthakāmā,Saddhādidhammasahitā satatappamattāBho! Bho! Karotha amatādhigamāya puññaṃ;
诸君!诸君!既善得此难得之机缘,当远离悭吝之过,希求自他二利,具足信等诸法,恒常不放逸,为证不死而修福业!
